Abstract:  Horizontal wells have obvious advantages in production and benefits, and have become an effective means to   improve oil recovery. The unconsolidated sandstone reservoir accounts for about 70% of the reserves of Shengli Oilfield. The problem of sand production in this kind of reservoir is the primary factor restricting the normal production of horizontal wells. Among many sand control methods, gravel packing has become the most effective sand control method because it can not only improve formation production, but also have a longer period of validity. However, unlike vertical wells, horizontal wells are generally long and have complex oil-water relationship, and gravel has its special migration law during gravel packing. Therefore, the key to successful sand control and production increase of horizontal wells is how to make gravel packing compact, how to segment the long section by different pipe string,and to make clear how to segment.

摘要:  水平井在产量及效益方面具有明显的优势,已成为提高采收率的有效手段。胜利油田区块中三分之 二属于疏松砂岩油藏,该类油藏的出砂问题是制约水平井正常生产的第一因素。在诸多防砂工艺中,砾石充填既 能改造地层提高产量,又有较长的有效期,成为最有效的防砂方式。
